So, the two of them purchased a historic meat processing plant, Royal Gorge Packing Company and formerly Rick’s Processing, and brought their passion for quality meats to life. The old meat processing plant had once been deeply rooted in the Fremont County community, so Blake and Cohle decided to deepen those roots. So, they made it their mission to provide Colorado families with fresh steaks and cutlets — the kind that gather families around the table!
